Why use first:utility for your energy supply?

1. Competitive supply prices and no additional charges - We aim to remain cheaper than the local electricity and gas supplier, and constantly monitor our rates to ensure this is the case. We do not charge new housing developers for primary smart meters.
    
2. Accurate, consolidated billing - Because we install smart meters on every development, we are able to provide regular, accurate, consolidated billing for the site. This removes the need to spend man hours on reconciling multiple estimated bills and eliminates under or over payments on accounts.
    
3. Visibility of your energy usage - Using first:utility to supply your energy with smart meters whilst you are on site will help you monitor and manage the amount of energy you use. Smart meters automatically submit readings to first:utility which are then made available to you via your online account.
